Travel with all the necessary things you need, including hand sanitizers and of course facemasks which will be needed for public travel. So what countries are waiting for you?

There are so many incredible places, and some countries have recently fallen victim to Covid 19, losing millions in tourism over spring.

Perhaps you have decided to do a road trip, there are so many places in the USA to visit. If the world is beckoning you, however, then here are some places that you can support, post Covid 19.

Australia

If you want to visit Australia you need to keep an eye on their website to see when tourists are allowed back and what restrictions are in place. By the time November comes, Australia will tend to warm up and be a very lovely climate to travel in.

It’s important that you bring your sunscreen as well as having the right glasses to wear! You could look at www.eyeglasses.com for more ideas on the types of glasses to choose for your trip!

Incredible aquatic wildlife

The wildlife, in general, is pretty unbelievable over in Australia, but it’s the underwater beauty that’s truly breathtaking. There are so many places where you can enjoy a bit of scuba - as the locals call it - putting on some equipment and diving deep into the clear blue sea.

You’ll see coral reefs, turtles, starfish, and pretty much everything you can possibly imagine. It’s like you’re living in the Finding Nemo world, and you struggle to match this experience anywhere else.

Sydney is amazing

Yep, that’s it; Sydney. This city alone is worth a trip around the world two times to see. Few places on planet earth match what this great place has to offer. With iconic architecture like the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House, and a stunning skyline, it’s Instagrammers heaven! Along with this, the coffee is amongst the best in the world, there are loads of stunning parks and Bondi Beach!

Experience a unique culture

The Aussies have definitely got life figured out. Well, they’ve got the approach to life down to a tee. Everyone here is relaxed and ready to have a good time, the people are unbelievably friendly, and there’s an almost ‘say whatever you’re thinking’ vibe to the place. It’s a unique culture, but one that’s so easy to get lost in and enjoy.

See the Outback

There aren’t any words that will ever be able to describe the Australian Outback. It’s the complete opposite of the typical Australian scene. Here, there are no busy cities packed full of chatty locals, it’s just mile upon mile of hot red earth and sand dunes.

This is something you have to see, and you might even get a chance to learn about the aboriginal tribes while you’re there as well.

It offers entertainment all year round

Lastly, Australia is one of those unique countries that offers fun all throughout the year. Their summer months last a long time and get really hot. You can spend months chilling on golden beaches living your best life. But, during the winter months, there are areas of Australia that see a decent bit of snowfall. So, it’s a great place to go on a ski holiday as well!

Italy

Italy was hit hard by the pandemic and has struggled to catch up. There have been a lot of difficulties faced and they have lost a lot of money that they rely on. Whilst Venice and Rome are the top contenders, Florence isn’t far behind. Florence is the capital of Italy's Tuscany region and it is famous for its food and art.

Art is everywhere, embrace it!

You can't visit Florence without experiencing the world-renowned art. One of the most notable galleries is the Uffizi. This houses Botticelli's Primavera, Birth of Venus and many other works of art. It also exhibits work by Rembrandt, Leonardo da Vinci, and Michelangelo.

This is one of the most popular galleries in Italy and so expect queues. Weekends are particularly busy. It is advisable to buy your ticket ahead of time to skip the queues. You can then spend your time enjoying the treasures.

The Cathedral is another must-see attraction. The Duomo is Florence's most iconic building. Work began on the cathedral in the 13th century by Arnolfo di Cambio. The dome was completed in the 15th century and was designed by Filippo Brunelleschi.

It was two centuries in the making. Many of the cathedral's treasures have been removed and are now housed in the Grande Museo del Duomo. But there is still plenty to see, with its stunning frescoes, carvings, and architecture.

Pizza and gelato, anyone?

One of the best ways to explore the delicious food and wine is to book a Florence wine tour. Chianti is Florence's signature wine. A local guide will show you around the renowned wineries, where you will learn about how wine is made.

You will also have the opportunity to sample some wines, which are accompanied by local gourmet food.

Tuscan food is simple and relies heavily on local produce. Flavoursome cheeses and grilled meats feature widely. Beans are also a Tuscan staple. You can also expect beautiful floury bread, virgin olive oil, and steaks.

Love is always in the air!

Florence is one of the most romantic cities in the world. If you're looking for a destination for a romantic getaway, you won't be disappointed. There are many walks to take around the city, where you can enjoy stunning views. Walk to the Piazza de Michelangelo. Walk up the steps and admire the views of the city. It is particularly beautiful in the evening. Combine with wine and dancing. Another romantic walk is along the Arno River. This winds its way through the heart of Florence. Sit on one of the many bridges and watch the sun go down. Purchase a lock and key and then fasten your lock to the Ponte Vecchio. Then throw your key into the Arno River. Legend has it that couples who go through this ritual will be locked together forever.

Virgin Islands, Caribbean

The U.S. Virgin Islands, also known as America’s Caribbean Paradise, is a fantastic place to go on a holiday with your friends and family or even on your own. There are plenty of festive parades, lots of unique culture and traditions, delicious food and sights that will never get old. If you’re planning on visiting the U.S. Virgin Islands for the first time, then you may want to take a look at some of these tips that we’ve put together. Although it’s a brilliant holiday to invest in, it’s never a bad idea to prepare yourself before you head out into the unknown.

Get away from winter

One of the best times to visit the U.S. Virgin Islands is actually during the winter which may likely be a great idea for those who want to escape the winter in Europe. The warm weather and relaxing atmosphere are huge draws for people in the northern hemisphere that suffer from long and cold winters. As a result, you might expect to pay more for travel costs during the winter, but there are plenty of good reasons to come over to the U.S. Virgin Islands to escape a harsh winter.

See nature first hand!

The U.S. Virgin Islands have a lot of natural beauty and much of the fun from visiting these destinations is going out to explore the landscape, the rural backdrops and even the hiking paths. Don’t come to the U.S. Virgin Islands expecting it to just be partying on beaches–find an appreciation of nature and you’ll enjoy your holiday a hundred times more.

Learn the etiquette of the islands!

Although good manners will get you far in life no matter where you are, it’s important to practice good manners when you’re visiting the islands. To start with, make sure you greet the locals with a friendly good day, good morning or even a hello before you ask them for help. Whether it’s discussing business, asking them for directions or trying to get someone’s attention for help, be polite! In addition, despite being a Caribbean paradise with plenty of beaches and watersports, it’s important not to wear skimpy bathing suits or go shirtless unless you’re at the beach–cover up! Lastly, you need to remember that the U.S. Virgin Islands operate on “island time”, meaning the locals take things at a leisurely pace, so don’t expect things to always be on time.

There are so many wonderful places on this earth, it’s time to start embracing them again. Travel safely, take precautions and get back to reality.
