Pyramid of the Sun Teotihuacan Mexico

The Pyramid of the Sun is the largest  in Teotihuacan , ranking third in the world after the Great Pyramid of Cholula (Mexico) and the Great Pyramid of Giza (Egypt). Built by the Aztecs between the years 50 Ad and 200 AD it was bult as a sign of worship to the gods and human sacrficices where held by pushing people down the 250 steps.  To visit the Pyramids today you have to join a tour or find your way to the entrance and pay the fee there; the latter is not very convenient.
