This travel video of the Philippines includes highlights of our three week trip across several islands. We landed in Manila after a scary flight (our plane was struck by lightning) and explored the city, then visited the islands of Cebu, Bohol, western Mindanao and finished surfing Cloud 9 in Siargao. The Philippines is one country where you can still find adventure and nature at its best.
Hello! Just stumbled upon your site via nomadic samuels top 100 travel blog. I just started mine 2 months ago and I love to read all the other blogs of the community. I like your video about the Philippines. I traveled in SE asia for about 10 months and the philippines was absolutely one of my highlights! I really loved the island palawan and a little place called El Nido. And the island of malapascua is soo amazing! Have you been to these places?
I’ll keep following your blog!
Hey Bastiaan! I did not visit those, but instead visited the ones featured in the video. I almost made it to Palawan, but the 3 week visa was not allow enough time to see it all..
Cool man. Thanks for the highlights.
No worries Michael. It was a great trip!

OOh, you should, and then load a video in your website!
Awwww that sucks. This is the only entry I found about my country and there’s hardly any text and the video is unavailable. 🙁
Hi AJ
Thanks for dropping by and leaving this comment! You were right, the video was not available for some reason but it has been fixed. But there are several more entries on your country…simply type “philippines” in the search box and you’ll get them. I must add that your country is great and we had a lot of fun there 🙂
Ok saw it! Wow, so fun. You’re a good videographer. You really captured Filipino island life in a short clip like that. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
You’re welcome! And knowing that a local likes it and thinks that it portrays Filipino lifestyle make me feel good! Thanks for the comments, and comming back to see it . 🙂
